Deepening into the Heart ~ January Dates

3 Tuesdays in January ~ 10th, 17th, 24th ~ 7pm ~ One Hour Online Zoom classes

This 3 part series is available to those that have been on retreat with us throughout the years. Each session will begin and end with meditation.  We will choose one focus subject to dive into and answer this question from our ground of being.  In this way we learn how to get our answers from our heart.

These group sessions offer the opportunity to get grounded in your source being, your true nature beyond the mind. We will practice being aware of how awareness perceives reality and how to cultivate connection to our deep heart.

We will continue cultivating the vast nature within while learning how to take care of the mind and daily questions. When you are established in the heart you can use any modality to cultivate this connection; through Meditation, walking in nature, or daily activities.  There is no place in our lives where connection to the spiritual heart cannot be cultivated and practiced.

NOTE: We ask that you take 3 sessions in a row. We do not transfer classes to another time period. We will send you the zoom links after registration.
