Initiation into the Spiritual Heart

Connecting to your Spiritual Heart, is connecting to and living from your pure being.  Taking this step, means you commit to your Heart as your personal Path.  This course is for those that want to take a deeper step on their path and live a life of great heart.  We were meant to know our true being, God inside of us.  Honoring and respecting our humanness is the first step.  As we take care of the human heart the deeper heart naturally opens. Learn how to rest your mind in the vast beauty of your heart.

Your previous spiritual practices & life experiences contain important qualities that will be included and recognized. Meditation, dialog and energy exercises will be used to help you refine your spiritual connection and focus.  We are building the inner resources of the spirit.  This work does not exclude any other teachings but rather integrates them.

This 2 day intensive is followed by a 40 day personalized program of meditation & energy work that Ruth will prepare for you.

This Intensive will include:

Answering all questions of life.

Recalling your spiritually transforming experiences that have shaped your experience.

Refining your psycho-spiritual energy with meditations and chi gung exercises.

Initiation ceremony for your Spiritual Heart.

40 day Program:  After our work together I will formulate a personal program for you according to your needs. This will help integrate the teachings and enrich your path.
