4 Thursdays | 7-8:15 pm ~ Zoom series
Four-part introductory series suitable for anyone who seeks freedom from the noisy mind, reliable access to inner peace, and a deepened capacity for compassion, creativity, trust, and joy.
Format:
Classes begin with an introduction of the evening topic, leading into a guided awareness/inquiry practice after which participants are invited to share their process and time for Q/A to refine understanding. We will close with a period of quiet inner reflection/meditation.
Although this practice is rooted in embodied (felt) experience these are not movement-based classes. Participants can enjoy seated anywhere comfortable, including right at your desk.
Lessons are experiential and will cover:
- How to get out of your head and into your Heart
- The difference between the emotional heart and the “deep heart”
- How to stabilize awareness in your Heart
- How to nurture your sense of effortless being
- Discovering the wisdom qualities of your own Heart
- Fostering heart-mind balance
- Leading life from the Heart
- Answering life’s questions and healing mental & emotional stories or conditioning using your own inner wisdom
Live attendance to all three sessions is strongly encouraged since:
- each lesson builds on the previous one
- the lessons are informed by your participation/real-time feedback
- we aim to provide personalized support so the practices are tailored to your real life conditions
- recordings available for limited viewing, upon request and for an additional fee
