Individual support and healing sessions

Individualized Support: Ruth offers Qi Energy healing & alignment for grounding and centering along with personalized counseling. From deep listening she offers insights and guidance to your unique situation, whether you are facing challenges at work, in relationships, health or grief.

Sessions may include:

Learn how to meditate or refine your skills, deep listening, radical self acceptance, learn principals of heartfulness, embrace your inner child, Daoist principals of Yin/Yang, Qi energy healing & alignment, centering and grounding practices, experience the source of your aliveness, meditative dialogue, Qigong exercises, learn how to balance energies of the mind with the expanded energy of the heart. In a private session there is a transmission of divine energy, which helps to dissolve and integrate emotional roadblocks, to accelerate spiritual growth.

Ruth’s work is to help each person to align to their highest nature and purpose.

Sliding scale: $155-$300. Payments are considered a donation to our non-profit to support those that cannot afford a retreat.
